Every Victorian school spends tens of thousands a year covering absences. Most of that money never reaches a teacher — it disappears into agency markup, search fees and hours of staff time.
Rapid replaces that whole workflow with software: absences fill automatically against the school's own trusted list, vetted teachers back the list up, and every teacher's compliance is monitored continuously. Schools employ teachers directly, teachers are paid the full rate, and the agency line comes out of the budget.
The platform wasn't designed in an office. It was shaped alongside Victorian school leaders — the people who run the 6:45am scramble — who decided how it fills, how it vets and how it's priced. Our technology is patent-pending, and we're based in Melbourne.
